Yes. Our factory is located in Pingyang, Wenzhou. With more than 10 years experience, we warmly welcome you to visit our factory if you have a travel plan.
2. How can I know your machine is suitable for my products?
You can send us a sample, we will test it on our machine and show videos and pictures for you. We can also show you online by video chatting.
3. How can I trust you for the first-time business?
You can check out our full range of business licenses and certificates. One optional is using MIC Trade Assurance Service for all transactions to protect your money and interest.
4. How to choose the right machine?
We will recommend the most suitable machine and solutions for you based on the product pictures, dimensions, and other specifications you provided. We also will use a similar product to shoot test videos for your confirmation.
5. How can I know the machine quality before shipping?
We can record a video about the test process of machine for you. If possible, you can come to our factory for inspection.
6. Warranty
We offer 24 months warranty from the shipment date. During one year we can provide parts for free due to quality problems, but human error is not included. From the second year, parts only collect the cost price.
